At Reflex Tyres, we are committed to supplying quality tyres and products. This Warranty Policy outlines the warranty coverage available for products purchased from us.
1. Warranty Coverage
Many products supplied by Reflex Tyres are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty against defects in materials or workmanship.
Warranty coverage varies depending on the product and manufacturer.

Subject to the manufacturer’s terms and applicable Australian Consumer Law, warranty may cover:

4. Warranty Claim Process
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team and provide:
- Proof of purchase
- Order or invoice number
- Product details

In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection before a warranty decision can be made.

If the inspection confirms that the issue is covered under warranty, we may, at our discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Provide a refund or store credit where appropriate
6. Warranty Limitations
Warranty coverage applies only to manufacturing defects and does not guarantee against normal product wear or damage caused by external factors.
Any labour, fitting, removal, towing, or incidental costs are not covered unless required by law.
7. Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
8. Customer Responsibilities
To maintain warranty eligibility, customers should:
- Follow the manufacturer’s maintenance recommendations.
- Regularly check tyre pressure and tread condition.
